Happy New Year SRC Teams!
It’s that wonderful time of year when shouts of “Gone with the Old, in with the New” are heard everywhere. That time when we rack our brains (albeit for probably no more than ten minutes) for resolutions – ways we plan to reinvent ourselves, things we want to commit to changing, or goals we want to accomplish. That’s typically followed by a month or two (I’m being generous) of sheer will power and determination to stick to our resolutions, followed shortly thereafter by thoughts of “where did I go wrong” or “why am I having such a hard time sticking to my resolutions”? Millions of people go through this exact scenario every year. And I am willing to bet my New Year’s resolution that many SRC teams have gone through this too. Your team doesn’t have to.
